1st generation member Ikuta Erika has graduated. Her last day was Dec. 31, 2021, and her last performance was the Kouhaku Uta Gassen (NHK Red and White Song Battle) on New Year’s Eve.
She was a front member in the early days of the group and her vocal skills supported the singing of the group as a whole. She was senbatsu 28 times (including “Route 246”) and was senbatsu for all songs except when she was on hiatus to focus on schoolwork during the 9th single.
Ikuta was center once. She has 4 solo songs, which is the second-most after Nishino Nanase’s 6.
She is expected to follow her dream to become a musical actress.
