1st generation member Saito Asuka graduates from Nogizaka46.

She was senbatsu 25 times and center 6 times. She was the youngest of the founding members and was the youngest of the group until the 2nd generation members joined. She led the group as the ace after Nishino Nanase and Shiraishi Mai left.

1st generation member Wada Maaya has graduated from Nogizaka46.

She was senbatsu twice. As a founding member, she was one of the youngest in the group.

While she wasn’t the sharpest knife in the drawer, she was loved by fellow members and fans alike.

1st generation member Higuchi Hina’s graduation ceremony was held at the Tokyo International Forum on Oct. 31, 2022.

Hinachima, as she was called, was one of the youngest members but was known for her sexiness. She was senbatsu 8 times for a senbatsu average of .258 and was one of the members who moved between senbatsu and under several times. She was under center twice.

2nd generation member Kitano Hinako graduates from the group at her graduation concert held on March 24, 2022.

She was senbatsu 10 times and under center twice. She was the second 2nd generation member to become senbatsu following Hori Miona.

1st generation member Hoshino Minami has graduated from the group.

She was senbatsu 27 times, failing to make the cut only in the 7th and 8th singles. She was the under center for the 7th single.

2nd generation member Shinichi Mai has graduated from Nogizaka46.

Known as “Maichun”, she was the oldest member of the group for the last several years.

She was senbatsu 15 times, all in the 3rd row. She has been senbatsu 14 times in a row since the 16th single.

2nd generation member Kitano Hinako wrote in her blog that she will graduate from the group.

She said that she expects to leave around the end of April. She will not participate in the 29th single as a senbatsu or under member.

1st generation member Ikuta Erika has graduated. Her last day was Dec. 31, 2021, and her last performance was the Kouhaku Uta Gassen (NHK Red and White Song Battle) on New Year’s Eve.

She was a front member in the early days of the group and her vocal skills supported the singing of the group as a whole. She was senbatsu 28 times (including “Route 246”) and was senbatsu for all songs except when she was on hiatus to focus on schoolwork during the 9th single.

Ikuta was center once. She has 4 solo songs, which is the second-most after Nishino Nanase’s 6.

She is expected to follow her dream to become a musical actress.

2nd generation member Terada Ranze graduated from the group on Dec. 12, 2021.

She intends to retire from the entertainment industry.

She was senbatsu twice and under center 3 times.

1st generation member Hoshino Minami said that she will graduate from the group around February 2022. She intends to retire from the entertainment industry.
